They come in a box of 4 because 4 wraps is a FULL application. I wrapped every 72 hrs except for the last 2 wraps I missed a day or two but this result took me 13 days!! After having my 4th child I lost all the baby weight in about 2 weeks after having him. But then about 2 months later I gained about 10 pounds. I figured it was because I became a Stay At Home Mom.
